PartySolver Shipping Information
Free Ground Shipping on Online Orders Over $75.00 for a limited time in the contiguous 48 states
Enter FREE75 at the checkout NOTE: When free shipping or a discount is offered over a specific order amount and the order total drops to less than the specific amount required for free shipping or discount the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping and handling charges. EX: Items are returned or cancelled from order causing order total to drop below required amount for free shipping, shipping charges will be added back onto your order. FREE75 must be entered at the time you place your online order. Cannot be used on previously placed orders. This code cannot be added once your order is placed.
PartySolver prides itself on prompt, courteous service. We ship Fed Ex and United States Postal Service. Standard ground service will deliver your package in approximately 2-6 business days (M-F), depending on where you live, once it has processed through our warehouse (see map below). The day that your order ships and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered transit days or delivery days. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to process through our warehouse, except as noted on individual product pages. All express shipments and all deliveries to apartments will require a signature at the time of delivery. Many ground shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. All ground shipments not being delivered to the billing address will require a signature. NOTE: Orders paid through PayPal will be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address only.

Customers are responsible to choose the option that will meet their need or deadline.
Express Service
Express Delivery Service is avaiable to our customers at low rates for all standard size box orders. All express shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. Express services are only available in the 48 contiguous states. Express services not in the 48 contiguous states is not guaranteed. Express packages are delivered M-F excluding holidays.
3-Day Express Service add $10.00 to the regular shipping and handling charges.
Rush 2-Day Express Service add $20.00 to the regular shipping and handling charges.
Overnight Delivery add $30.00 to the regular shipping and handling charges.
*** Overnight may not be guaranteed in rural areas by the shipping carriers.
Oversized Items
For shipping and delivery on oversized items (example-all pinatas), please add $5.75 to the regular shipping and handling and express delivery charges for each item. Oversize packages cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
International Orders
PartySolver currently does not ship outside of the US. Except for Puerto Rico,US Virgin Islands and Guam. All orders are shipped to and APO or FPO addresses by US Postal Service priority mail. Once your order is shipped by the US Postal Service we have no control over the military mail delivery. PartySolver is not responsible for misdirected or undelivered orders to APO and FPO address.
PartySolver is not responsible for misdirected or undelivered orders due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer. The customer will be billed when PartySolver is billed by the shipping companies for charges incurred due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer and when the customer requests delivery to an alternative address.The minimum charge for an address correction or delivery address change is $15.00.
The customer is responsible for 100% of the original shipping fees as well as any shipping fees that PartySolver incurs for the return shipment to PartySolver.
PartySolver is not responsible for customers choosing the incorrect shipping option when placing orders to receive the order in time for their party. If you are unsure of the correct shipping options to receive your order in a timely manner please email or call customer service. The customer accepts full responsibility of deliveries to commercial addresses.
Once your package ships, the shipping company is responsible for delivery of this package. PartySolver has no control over delays that may occur in your delivery.
